I was raised by movies.

When my parents moved to the US, they bought a ticket every night to learn about American culture on the big screen. So when they had me, I grew up in their library of VHS tapes.

Morpheus taught me to choose the red pill, “Hakuna Matata” got me through every unplanned disaster, and I follow Rule #32 because it helped Jesse Eisenberg survive an apocalypse*.  Watching these stories gave me a knack for diving into different worlds and for digging out human truths.

Now I do this as a brand strategist, by humanizing characters, articulating the conflict and closing out with a resolution. I get to build brands by telling their stories and watch solutions come to life outside of fictional worlds.
